Every encounter with staff was excellent! Helpful, kind and very accommodating! The location was the best, and the food at the Lodge was great! Lily and Milenka are real assets to the resort! Theresa and Al Morgan

Our purpose in being at the Lodge was to attend the Music Festival which we enjoyed very much. The Lodge itself is about a 10 minute walk from the music venues which was very convenient. We also appreciated transportation to and from the airport at Haley.

The ski school was excellent. Great terrain for beginners. Great instructors. Uncrowned.

Lodge breakfast service was a little slow. Dinner at the Inn was wonderful. Excellent food and ambiance echoing the old times with old tunes inviting patrons to sing and dance.

Early morning shuttle to airport was frustrating, apparently front desk or someone gives out lots of different show time….very frustrating and confusing. When I have a flight to make I don’t want to monkey around

All of the activities. Bowling, ice-skating, tennis, pickle ball, three pools, exceptional restaurants, etc. INCREDIBLY beautiful grounds. Thousands of colorful flowers everywhere.

Great corner room. Nice chairs. Spacious and comfortable. Wonderful festive location. Ram Bar very nice

beautiful scenery, flowers, stream, pond. lovely room, close to everything at resort. beautiful swimming pools, nice tennis courts. we played pickle ball on the tennis courts for the first. nice walking paths. delicious foods at restaurants.
